Evaporative Cooling Thomastown

Mercury installed 2 x commercial evaporative cooling systems to a textile business in Thomastown. The units selected were the twin fan Coolbreeze D500 and were flashed up to the ridge capping. The drains were run down to the gutter and the Evaporative Coolers allow the mezzanine floor to be used by staff through hot days where before the temperature upstairs was too hot for staff to work.

Commercial Car Park Exhaust System Mentone

A car park extraction system was installed as per Mechanical Design. The sheet metal ducting had high and low level grilles and was controlled with a Variable Speed drive and Roof Mounted Fantech Fan. 2 x CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) sensors controlled the fan and fire dampers were required through the slab penetrations. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Armadale Commercial Job

A new 14kW Temperzone Roof Top Packaged reverse cycle air conditioning unit was installed into a care centre with a solid sheet metal flashing covering the supply and return air ductwork. A crane truck was required for safe lifting of the unit to the roof.

Commercial Rowville Factory Job

4 x Coolbreeze D500 commercial twin fan evaporative air conditioners were installed onto the flat roof of a factory with 6 way plenums. The droppers were extended to allow the plenum to be installed to the optimal height.

Collingwood Commercial Job

A Fujitsu 3 phase ducted reverse cycle air conditioner was installed into an Art Gallery and required external sheet metal ducting to supply the flat roof section at rear. The zinc ductwork was waterproofed and custom stands and 45 degree angles created to suit.
