Frankston Renovation

,

An architecturally designed renovation for a timber home on the hill in Frankston overlooking the bay had an old Hydronic System with old column panels which Mercury uninstalled, had sandblasted and powder coated black as per the architects specifications. There were also some new De Longhi panels installed and the job had a full re-pipe with Uponor Multilayer pipe. Freestanding feet were included as many panels were located in front of windows. 2 x new Cast Iron panels were also supplied and installed after being powder coated black. The old existing boiler was serviced and a new pump and controls were installed.

Prahran Renovation

, ,

This was a modern renovation to the rear of a period style home at front. A new Immergas Condensing boiler was installed to De Longhi stainless steel panels through the front and Ragall aluminium designer radiator panels in the new rear extension with 100mm straight sections. A Fujtisu Slimline bulkhead unit was installed into the Kitchen Bulkhead with a linear bar grille in the face of the bulkhead. Upstairs Mercury installed a Fujitsu Multi Split with 3 x Fujistu reverse cycle wall splits with one condenser mounted out of sight in the roof valley. The project was unique as it had a combination of period and modern products to suit.
