3 architectural town houses in Sandringham with Small Duct Systems fan coils installed into bulkhead at the rear of garage and Immergas hydronic condensing boilers with Lennox air cons. The solid duct is 250mm and the flexible duct is only 100mm allowing installation with minimal clearance installed to custom single slot linear grilles. One photo shows the fan coil with the solid trunk duct and 2 x 300mm return air ducts. Another shows the way the single slot linear grilles integrate into the plaster framing pre-plaster.
