2 x luxury townhouses in Brighton with Small Duct Systems. The boilers were internal Immergas High Efficiency HE35 inside the garage with Lennox single phase 17kW air conditioners crane lifted onto the flat double storey roof. A feature bulkhead was utilized in the main living for the single slot supply grille. The solid trunk duct is only 250mm so can easily fit through the low ceiling trusses of a flat roof and the 100mm flex can also fit through space where conventional air conditioning simply would not fit.
