6 x roof mounted fan cowls were used as extraction systems for 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry – each extraction system had a custom linear ceiling grille, matching the Air Conditioning supply grilles and was individually switched with a 6 minute run on timer. Future service access is via the external roof rather than inside the flat roof cavity, eliminating the need for internal roof access panels.
