Zone 10 is your next air con zoning system. Up to 10 named zones all at fingertip control- why settle for any less?

Zone 10

It has capabilities for up to 10 zones to be electronically controlled using our proven damper system. Most standard systems only have a generic controller with 3-4 zones and most standard systems and are stuck with a constant zone that constantly dumps air whilst the system is on without any control. Zone 10 is streets ahead with a series of electronic default constants built in to ensure that you can't close off too many zones, negating the need for a permanent dumping zone. These clever constants are there to give you total control over your homes' air conditioning, but also serve to reduce energy wastage. All of this controlled through a sharp, intuitive touch screen. In addition, Zone 10 allows for integration with the VAV-T.

Standard ducted air-conditioning systems work by heating or cooling zones in the house to the desired temperature based on one active thermostat (although some systems allow you to pick upstairs or down with two panels installed). This sensor is usually placed in a central living area within the home, or in a hallway. You control the temperature on this panel and the system works to cool or heat the house to the desired temperature using hot or cold air. You then can decide whether or not to receive this air in the areas you are in by switching the zones on or off.Zone 10

However, conventional zone systems require a dumping zone- usually a large area, like stairwells, where air is constantly delivered whenever the system is on. This may also be your kitchen, or a zone central to the house. The dumping zone is needed in case all the other zones are closed accidentally, and you have no control over when it works or doesn't. They also only control large areas of the house at once- leaving you fighting over the controller turning the system on and off in particular zones you are in..

With Advantage Air’s Zone 10, you do not need a wasteful dumping zone because Zone 10 senses how many zones are closed and then automatically opens a preselected zone or zones to release excess air only when needed. What’s more, Advantage Air allows control of 10 zones – allowing you to effectively zone all the rooms in a standard home. So if you don’t want to pay to constantly air-condition your stairwell and want to control all the rooms in your house, choose Advantage Air’s Zone 10.

When temperature control in a room is critical, there is only one choice- Zone 10 with VAV-T

Zone 10

The VAV-T system is the temperature control option to the Zone 10. It allows full temperature control for a particular zone, adding increased comfort and efficiency to your air conditioning system in the most critical rooms. The VAV-T can be stand-alone or provide for up to 8 additional rooms in your Zone 10 system.

It works as an addition to the system; a thermostat is built into the touch panel to modulate the airflow going into the room using our clever opposed blade dampers in the Design Mark winning Exact Air system. This corrects the airflow into the room to keep the temperature at +/- .5o.
